In this all-levels flow yoga class, you will learn movement with breath, designed to bring awareness to the body and mind. This class will empower all practitioners in the following aspects: mobility, flexibility, core, and balance. Each element aids to improve your yoga practice and overall physical movement. Expect slow to moderate pacing with frequent standing poses. This is an intermediate level class.

Each instructor provides a new outlook on how to approach the class, we recommend reading teacher biographies to learn what to expect.
